We facilitate innovation workshops within your business to capture creative thoughts for the future. We invite your customers, product / service users, staff and suppliers into our workshops to ensure to maximise the diversity of ideas captured and explored.

The innovation process includes:

  • identifying and listing existing assumptions
  • exploring the problem and framing the key questions to answer
  • crafting customer personas for design inspiration and guidance
  • developing customer journey maps to explore initial product contact through to loyal customers
  • create story boards to visually connect with the customer experience
  • create rough prototypes to allow rapid customer feedback
  • continue an iterative process to refine the idea and the prototype
